How do I request documents before a meeting?

Each appointment type has its own document list: it appears in the confirmation and the reminder, and the client uploads files from their portal, attached to their file.

Can I schedule recurring appointments?

Yes: an appointment can repeat every month, quarter or year with an automatic reminder; each occurrence can still be moved on its own.

Do my clients get their own portal?

Yes: from their portal they book, reschedule, see upcoming appointments and the documents exchanged, without calling the firm.
