A lesson takes an instructor and a vehicle at once; the diary refuses any overlap and shows the car (automatic or manual) on every slot.
How do I track the hours left on a pack?
The pack is attached to the student file: each completed lesson deducts an hour, the learner sees the balance online and you’re alerted when fewer than 3 hours remain.
Can I run group theory classes?
Yes: a classroom theory session with a maximum capacity, waitlist and SMS reminder; learners sign up from their account.
