Yes: when booking, the client chooses a stylist or “no preference” and only sees that stylist’s availability. Each stylist has their own hours and services.
How do I cut down on no-shows?
SMS reminder the day before with a cancellation link, online deposit on long services and a no-show history in the client’s file so you can require prepayment from repeat offenders.
Can I sell gift cards and run a loyalty card?
Gift cards are bought online and redeemed in the salon; the loyalty card counts visits or spend and applies the reward automatically.
