Frequently asked questions

Can an owner book for several animals?

Yes: the owner’s account groups their animals; they pick the animal concerned at each booking and can chain several slots.

How do I manage vaccination reminders?

Each service carries a due date (e.g. 12 months for the vaccine) specific to the animal; the reminder goes out automatically and appears in its record.

Can I adapt durations by species?

Yes: a dog, cat, exotic or horse consultation can have its own duration and price, and be bookable only with the vets who offer it.
