Frequently asked questions

Can I book the same weekly slot for a child?

Yes: a session repeats weekly (or fortnightly) for as long as you choose, and each occurrence can still be edited on its own, for instance during the holidays.

Do reminders go to the parents rather than the child?

The patient file accepts several contacts: you choose which parent receives the reminders, or both, by SMS and e-mail.

How do I manage my waiting list?

Waiting families are registered with their availability; as soon as a slot opens they receive an offer and the first to confirm takes the place.
